Register Now Award Categories Franchisee of the Year Awarded to the franchisee who represents and supports the OSA mission and vision while embodying the perfect example of a steward for the brand. They must be in business for at least 18 months as of December 31st, 2023, and earn the highest annual revenue for the calendar year. This franchisee positively contributes to the OSA network and consistently uses OSA tools, programs, and IQ to provide optimal service to each client. This award may only be won once. Rookie of the Year Awarded to the franchisee who has been in business 6 to 18 months as of December 31st, 2023. They have earned the highest gross revenue for the calendar year, along with consistent use OSA tools, programs, and IQ as part of the service provided to clients and their families. They excel in positively contributing to the OSA network and radiating the OSA mission and vision in everything they do. Top Territory The Top Territory award goes to the single territory that has earned the highest gross revenue for the 2023 calendar year. For multi-territory franchises, revenue is allocated to territory based on the community’s zip code; CT and OOT placement is split evenly among the number of owned territories. The top 10 territories receive ribbons, and the winner will be announced during the awards ceremony. Rising Star Awarded to a franchisee who embodies the OSA vision and mission, has demonstrated a clear understanding of the OSA value proposition, strong revenue growth throughout the calendar year, and consistent application of the OSA models and tools. This award may only be received once. Humanitarian Awarded to a committed, dedicated member of OSA who has proven to go above and beyond the call of business to support the senior population in their community. The winner of this award was chosen out of multiple nominees considered. Pinnacle Awarded to the franchisee who upholds the mission of Oasis Senior Advisors by demonstrating complete and effective use of IQ as part of the service provided to their clients and families. They must be in business for at least 6 months and must be in good financial standing. This award will be given to one franchisee in each of the business concept levels (Solo-preneuer; Team Concept; Empire Builder), and may only be received once. Brand Champion Awarded to the franchisee whose core values are commitment, selflessness, and a steadfast dedication to OSA. The Brand Champion reflects a franchise whose contributions have significantly strengthened the OSA network over the past year. With a positive and supportive attitude, this franchisee shares knowledge to help fellow franchisees, improve the OSA franchise model, and expand the brand. These examples include leading a sales board, participating in validation calls, and offering successful tips and strategies to the corporate team and other franchisees. In addition, they are an active member of FAC, and they actively participate on the Marketing Committee, IQ Outreach calls, and special projects.
